What does it cost?+
Partner access is currently free while we onboard our launch cohort. Pricing tiers for larger institutions will be announced ahead of any change, with grandfathered terms for early partners.
How are students linked to our institution?+
By email domain. When a student signs up with an address on your approved domain (e.g. @your-school.edu), they're connected to your workspace automatically.
Who can administer the workspace?+
Whoever applies becomes the founding admin once approved. From there you can invite any teammate with a PACAI account as a co-admin.
Can we see individual student data?+
You see roster-level information (name, major, join date) and aggregate exploration patterns. Coaching notes and personal skill assessments stay private to the student.
How long does approval take?+
Typically 2–5 business days. We verify your domain and confirm a legitimate institutional contact before approval.
Can we run our own events?+
Yes. The built-in calendar supports unlimited events, optional host coaches, capacity caps, and meeting links — visible only to your linked students.
